Yoli Eisenhardt, of Fleetwood, was charged with drug delivery resulting in death, criminal use of communication facility, delivery of a controlled substance, and other related offenses in the death of a woman, the Berks County District Attorney's Office said.
The unidentified victim was found dead in a Stimmel Alley home in Kutztown on Nov. 4, 2021, authorities said. A search of the victim's belongings and home revealed evidence of drug use (fentanyl) and paraphernalia, detectives said.
Pathologist Neil Hoffman determined the cause of death to be acute toxicity by fentanyl, the DA's office said.
An investigation revealed that Eisenhardt sold the fentanyl to the victim, which caused her death, detectives said.
An arrest warrant for Eisenhardt was issued on Tuesday, May 2. She was arrested at her home, authorities said.
She was arraigned and remanded to Berks County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail, the DA's office said.
